BAN ON TRAVEL TO YEMEN BY INDIAN PASSPORT HOLDERS
GENERAL PUBLIC IS HEREBY INFORMED THAT INDIAN PASSPORT HOLDERS ARE BANNED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA FROM TRAVELLING TO YEMEN, TILL FURTHER NOTICE. ANY INDIAN NATIONAL WHO TRAVELS TO YEMEN SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ACTION UNDER RELEVANT PROVISIONS OF PASSPORT ACT AND HIS/HER PASSPORT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR IMPOUNDING OR REVOCATION, AS THE CASE MAY BE. VIOLATION OF THE DIRECTIONS ISSUED BY THIS NOTIFICATION BY ANY INDIAN PASSPORT HOLDER MAY ENTAIL REFUSAL OF PASSPORT UNDER PASSPORT ACT FOR A PERIOD OF SEVEN YEARS FROM THE DATE OF REVOCATION OF SUCH PASSPORT.
